"Very easy to work with and made everything such a breeze. At first I had the impression that buying a house would be a nightmare and she had made it such an easy process. Answered any questions we had and made sure the process was quick and smooth as possible. Very knowledgeable and was able to provide in depth information from the house, to the neighborhood, and more. Very quick to respond and did everything in her power to ensure we were satisfied. "Nicole was an absolute "ball of fire" from Day 1! She quickly got to know us, our history, familiarity with the area, and exactly what we were in the market for. Not only did she go above and beyond from the start, but continued through all of the (what felt like dozens) little towns where we found prospective candidates. When we finally found our new "soon to be home," it was New Year's Eve. She showed us the house on BOTH New Year's Eve and on New Year's Day! Nicole then explained the process and exactly what we needed to expect. Closing took a bit longer than normal, due to a few inspection failures, but Nicole was in constant communication with us via email, texts, and YES...even phone calls!!!! (<---That made my husband extremely happy!) She is an A+ realtor whom we will recommend and will definitely use again, if and when the situation presents itself! I feel that not only did we find our "home", we also found a wonderful friend!"
